Restoration Auto Body Technician Sought – Serious, Long-Term Opportunity for Skilled Professional (Poughkeepsie, NY)

We’re an over 40-year-old renowned and family-owned auto restoration facility producing a world-class product. We’re seeking a professional auto body technician with a moderate body of experience working on classic cars of the 40s, 50s and 60s.

We have a different kind of operation where careful, quality work is prioritized over speed. Efficiency is important, but quality prevails. If you’re most comfortable in a production-oriented body shop, this position isn’t for you. We work hard and take pride in the results. But we also have fun working in our air-conditioned shop and treat our employees as family, as we do our clientele (most of whom are repeat customers).

You’re moderately skilled in fabrication, welding, metal straightening, and highly proficient in body filler work. You show up every day, on-time and prepared to work. You’re ready to work independently but also be part of an experienced team.
